Do you support SAML with Okta/Azure AD?
Yes! We support SAML 2.0 with all major identity providers: Okta, Azure AD, Google Workspace, OneLogin, Ping Identity, and more. Setup typically takes 30 minutes.
How long are audit logs stored?
Standard is 12 months. Enterprise customers can configure up to 7 years of log retention. Logs can also be exported to your SIEM.
Can moret integrate with SIEM systems like Splunk?
Yes, we offer native integrations for Splunk, Datadog, elastic, and AWS CloudWatch. For other systems, we offer webhook export.
Does moret work without internet connection?
The on-premise version can run completely air-gapped. Updates are then installed manually. For the AI Query Builder, a connection to our API is required.
When will HIPAA certification be available?
HIPAA certification is planned for Q2 2026. For healthcare customers, we already offer BAA (Business Associate Agreements).
