Can I invoice clients separately?
Currently we offer one central invoice for all seats. However, you can export detailed usage reports per workspace to allocate costs internally.
How does seat allocation work?
One seat equals one active user. You can move seats between workspaces at any time. Billing is prorated accordingly.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Upon cancellation, you have 30 days to export your queries and connections. After that, all data is permanently deleted.
Are there volume discounts from 10 seats?
Yes! From 10 seats there is 10% discount, from 25 seats 15%, from 50 seats custom pricing. Contact us for a quote.
